Your money never touches us, by design.
Payments run on a payment account in your name. You stay the merchant of record. Customers pay you, funds settle into your account, and refunds and payouts run through the processor you chose.
EggBasket is software you subscribe to, not a middleman holding a float. We are not in the flow of funds, so there is no platform balance, no payout schedule of ours to wait on, and no question about whose money it is.

Setup is short on purpose. Most of the work is choosing what to sell and what to call your shop.
Set up your payment account
Bring the account you already have, or set one up as part of onboarding. Either way the account is in your name, and it stays yours.
Set up your storefront
Add products, pricing, and shipping or pickup. Point your own domain at it, or use a subdomain until yours is ready.
Sell and get paid directly
Customers check out on your storefront and the money lands in your account. Online and in person sales show up in one dashboard.

What does it cost?
EggBasket is a subscription, priced in tiers by what your shop needs. Early access pricing is announced at launch. We do not take a cut of your sales, because your sales do not run through us.
When can I use it?
We are in early access now and launching first in Canada, then expanding from there. Onboarding is open by email while we work with a small group of vendors.
Do you hold my money?
Never, by design. Payments run on your own payment account and you remain the merchant of record. Funds settle directly to you, and EggBasket is never in the flow of funds. We charge you for software, nothing else.
What do I need to get started?
A payment account you already have, or about ten minutes to create one. Bring a list of what you sell. A domain is nice to have, and you can add it whenever you are ready.

Vendors of every size. Established businesses that want their own storefront instead of a marketplace listing, and individual sellers at markets, fairs, and online who have outgrown screenshots and transfer requests.
